What should I expect my first session?

Your first session will consist of an initial assessment to assess strength, mobility, balance and endurance. This will help establish a baseline for me to design a program to cater to your abilities and goals.

Do I need to purchase any equipment or have an exercise room to train at home?

No! I will provide everything we will need for our training sessions.

I have a medical history that restricts me from doing certain movements, will I still have an effective workout?

Yes! Any past or present injury, disease or pain relevant to your training will be discussed between our consultation chat and our first session. Any concerns you may have with certain exercises or movements will be addressed and necessary adjustments will be made to your training regimen to avoid discomfort and/or injury.
